Offering offsets to your customers
Another way of responding to consumer demand for ‘climate friendly’ goods and services is to sell carbon offsets directly. We work with hundreds of companies who include carbon offsets with their offer. This section explains how to go about it. What you receive
- Carbon offsets made through our project portfolios that feature a range of engaging, consumer friendly stories to support your communications.
- A full communications pack with description of ClimateCare and our projects to use in your customer communications.
- A simple price to build into your profit modelling.
- A training tool to enable your staff to sell ClimateCare’s carbon offsets.
- Whenever you pass on a payment to us, you will receive a certificate stating the tonnes of greenhouse gases that will be reduced on behalf of your customers
- A regular newsletter with project and product updates that can support your customer communications.
- A CO2 offset certificate template to send to your customers
How it works
- You offer ClimateCare carbon offsets to your customers at the point of sale.
- You pass on to us payment received by your customers for carbon offsets.
- Each year, you provide an upfront offset payment of £1000 (currently equating to around 110 tonnes CO2) - against which your annual customer payments will be deducted.
- You train your sales team about ClimateCare offsets with the help of our specially designed training programme.
